Restaurant & Experience-based businesses who promote their services through WooMeNow.

• Influencers: Content creators who collaborate with WooMeNow and promote businesses to their audience.
• Community Users: Consumers who explore, review, and engage with businesses and content on WooMeNow.

The WooMeNow platform is open to users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian to create and maintain an account.

• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring the use of the platform by minors under their care.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current.

• R&E Partner Content: Businesses may upload their own content to the platform. You grant WooMeNow a license to display, distribute, and promote this content on the Platform.
• WooMeNow-Produced Content: WooMeNow retains ownership of content produced by our in-house team unless otherwise contracted. Upon entering into a formal campaign agreement, ownership may transfer to the R&E Partner as specified.
• User-Generated Content: Reviews, comments, or other user-submitted content remain your property, but you grant WooMeNow a license to display, distribute, and promote this content.

• You may not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You may not attempt to disrupt or hack the Platform.
• You may not impersonate other users or entities.

Payments for services rendered may be processed through third-party providers such as Jobber. WooMeNow is not responsible for third-party payment platform outages or disputes.

The WooMeNow brand, logo, and platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use WooMeNow intellectual property without written permission.

WooMeNow provides the Platform “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WooMeNow is not liable for user content, third-party services, or business transactions between users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
