Wat Mongkolratanaram, also casually known as Thai Temple, operates a market on Sundays selling food and Thai fruits. All money is donated to the temple. Vendors sell all kinds of foods and even other goods such as flowers, and you can sit on the picnic tables nearby and enjoy the scenic view of the temple and the water.
