Recommended by Tampa Local Rachel Almanza Dio Modern Mediterranean was formerly Paninoteca cafe, a downtown Tampa favorite for Mediterranean and Italian panini, small plates (mezze) and salads. After having undergone an extensive remodel and expansion, it only made sense to broaden our menu and offerings. Dio Modern Mediterranean will now feature a lively happy hour, a delicious and modern dinner experience, as well as a bubbly, upbeat brunch.
